In honor of Rare Disease Day, in the beautiful setting of Belgrade City Library, we organized series of lectures aimed to raise awareness and inform the public about rare diseases. Among others, we placed a special focus on Phenylketonuria (PKU) and Thalassemia, shedding light on their impact, challenges, and the importance of early diagnosis and management.
Along with BRIDGING-RD coordinator Dr. Maja Stojiljković, we were honored to have expert speakers Dr. Kristel Klaassen and Dr. Milena Ugrin, who shared valuable insights and knowledge with our audience.
